Defining The Modern Lifestyle

"We absolutely loved working with the GCB team. John was intimately involved in the process from conception to completion. He really listened to what we wanted and made our vision come true. Enough can't be said about his creativity and ability to brainstorm ideas with us to design pieces of the home that were unique to us. Great experience, great quality and great people. We would 100% build with GCB again."

"Our firm, Frusterio Design Inc. has worked with John and the Grande Custom Builders team for over 7 years. John is always intimately involved with the process, from plan conception to beyond completion of the built home, ensuring the final home is built as we intended in the design. We truly look forward to seeing the final homes, and are consistently impressed — often far beyond our expectations — with the quality of the build and the attention to detail. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to build a custom home."

"John treated the construction of our home as if it was his own and constantly went above and beyond — no shortcuts were made, no corners were cut, and no details were missed."

"John and the entire GCB team were fantastic to work with. From our initial consultation through the final walkthrough, John was part of the process and was able to use his experience in the trades to help us think through changes to our plan as well as design ideas. Even when we were unsure how some of his recommendations would look, once we saw the final product it was clear that he was the expert with the vision. GCB also fought like hell to ensure we were able to stay within our budget without sacrifice to the overall project. Our home is absolutely stunning. I have and would recommend them to anyone."

"We interviewed 3 companies, including one of the Big Box home improvement stores. John Jackovich of Grande Custom Homes was the only one who really listened and understood what we wanted and needed."

"Grande Custom Builders were absolutely phenomenal to work with. From start to finish the communication was on point with GCB and the whole team. They really listen to what you want — they helped make my vision and beyond come true. If you are looking for a builder, look no further. The work was outstanding. They have my highest recommendation!"
